Any data from within these counties? It'd be interesting to see if certain areas voted overwhelmingly one way, and only by chance did the county incorporate such even distribution of preferences, OR, if there are counties out there where the votes really are randomly distributed and you can't say "people of this race/gender/income level/background/religion supported candidate x."

These appear to be the final data...

Percentages

Garfield    CO      0.009% McCain
Oktibbeha, Mississippi 0.032% Obama
Jackson   OR   0.047% Obama
Washington County, Missouri: 0.052% Obama
Aitkin County, Minnesota: 0.064% Obama
Norton, Virginia (independent city): 0.066% McCain
Salt Lake   UT   0.081% Obama
Lenoir   NC   0.086% McCain
Chafee County, Colorado: 0.131% McCain
Jefferson County, Ohio: 0.141% Obama

raw margin

Norton, Virginia (independent city): 1-vote win for McCain
Garfield, Colorado: 2-vote win for McCain
Jerauld County, South Dakota: 4-vote win for McCain
Washington County, Missouri: 5-vote win for Obama
Oktibbeha, Mississippi  6-vote win for Obama
Aitkin County, Minnesota: 6-vote win for Obama
Chafee County, Colorado: 13-vote win for McCain
Blackford County, Indiana: 13-vote win for McCain
Iowa County, Iowa: 14-vote win for Obama
Wahkiakum County, WA: Obama +16

Aynone want to take a stab at the closest counties with at least 100,000 votes. I would imagine Salt Lake (UT) and Sarasota (FL) would be up there.
