Xahar said something about having the confidence of the senate, so I urge all senators to sign this document stating that he recuse himself from the Constine case

Also does'nt everyone in Atlasia have an opinion on everyone?  Xahar is no more or less fair of a prosecuter than anyone else in my opinion.  I have also had well known squabbles with Xahar(Especially with the PLP's fall) but he still has my confidence as AG.

To ensure that Constine gets a fair trial, I have filed suit against him myself.

If you look here, you would find that the objective had already been accomplished.

It's the thought that counts, I guess. Tongue

The hounding of people who have committed no crime (it is not a crime to be decieved) is not tolerated here. Leave Jas alone.

While it is not a crime, surely you can appreciate the dramatic irony.

I give great credence to the presumption of innocence and I am willing to defend those who I feel are being unfairly castigated. Unless and until there is evidence that wrongdoing has occured, then the benefit of the doubt should generally apply. I make no apology for my opinions in this regard.

However, as you in particular are aware Senator, I do not defend those who I believe have engaged in wrongdoing, indeed I've always been active in denouncing unethical behaviour and seeking the removal from office of those who I believe have crossed that line.

Given this morning's developments, the President's actions in removing Xahar from office were appropriate in the circumstances and I await the proposed court proceedings with interest so that the full facts can be made clear and established for the record.
