In my College Republican group: our chair resigned, and I'm the Vice-Chair, so I'm currently the acting chair.  What should I label myself as in anything formal that I send?  I'm leaning toward Acting Chair, but I could just keep it as Vice-Chair.  Unfortunately, we postponed the election until next semester, so I need something semi-permanent (I had been calling myself Vice-Chair, since we had been planning on holding elections tonight).

at first, I thought this was related to your forum display name, to which my answer would have been, "whatever uses the fewest characters."  your essay of a display name has always pissed me off.
