Since the media markets there overlap with PA, then hey, why not?  If Kerry responds by paying more attention to eastern PA and NJ, Bush wins by diverting attention Kerry's from other states.

Didn't Bush run ads in CA in 2000 too?  Good strategy when you have a money advatage.
