Yes, though Ayers was a freakshow...this Sands...thing...seems like a total retard...he died because he didn't want to wear a prison uniform in prison. Roll Eyes

I know....but still...maybe Ireland should be totally independent...but the IRA actually worked with Hamas to learn their craft...though their British oppressors were much better.

Speaking of Bobby Sands, I saw Hunger today, a very good film indeed.

Anywho, I'd probably vote for Ayers. Sands, if he went about the second hunger strike differently and didn't bring death upon himself, then who knows I might have voted for him in a such a scenario.

I know it was definately the PLO, but I thought I heard Hamas and maybe the Libyans, too. ....but I put Hamas because they are even more fu cked up than the PLO...I mean, some of the guys on this forum, ironically more Republicans than Democrats, seem on their face to syphathize with the PLO.

Hamas was a rag tag group with virtually no relevance in the IRA's heyday. Ironically the primary source of funds for Hamas back then was the Mossad doing it secretly to undermine the PLO.
