Can somebody explain Kucinich's Statement Here to me

In Kucinich's subcommittee hearing yesterday:

"I don't think it's a good use of taxpayer money to put taxpayer capital into a financial institution that is going to fail," Mr. Kashkari said.

Mr. Kucinich fired back to Mr. Kashkari, "That statement that you just made you will hear about for the rest of your career."


I'm missisng something - wasn't Kucinich againsst the bailouts, so shouldn't he agree with Kashkari here?

The way he said it sounded like he was angry with what Kachkari said.  I'm not sure, but that's how it sounded when I heard it.
