Keller has a light legislative record, his district is trending Democratic, his primary opponent won 47% against him, and he has received flack from his base for voting against war voting and breaking his term limits pledge.

Meanwhile, the Democrats nominated an eccentric millionaire liberal who has eschewed normal campaign tactics in favor of quirky TV ads and few public appearances. The DCCC and the NRCC have both been AWOL here.

Will Keller buck the trend and survive, or will he be consumed by the wave?

The NRCC thinks more highly of Keller's chances that most others do. He's ranked a lean Republican on their Death Sheet.

I don't think that doc came from the NRCC. If it did, why would the NRCC (as Spade noted) spend in NC-08 and MI-07, two seats that the author concludes are gone?

Anyway, I have no clue about who will win this race.

Where can I find this "sheet"?

The typically-conservative (in ratings, not ideology) CQ Politics has it rated Lean Dem. Grayson has been pretty much self-funding his campaign, so it seems he will be relying on Obama's GOTV effort, since he doesn't seem to have any actual grassroots support. I'd call it a tossup, with a slight edge to Grayson given the national climate.
