Never heard of the pollster before but you obviously have to question their credibility if they have Jack Murtha polling at only 35% and trailing by double digits.

Methinks this is either one of the leaked internals that just make up some random figures to fit whatever purpose required, or a push poll of one sort or another...

Did a brief google search for Dane and Associates and could only find an electricals company based in Oklahoma.

     Too fair to Murtha. Probably it was, "Are you voting for the guy who hates you, or his fearless challenger?"

This may be, but I just heard that a Quackenbush and Associates poll shows Murtha leading by 17.4168 points.
