I find it amusing that Zogby includes decimal places, I think it's to give it the aura of more authority.

In 2006 the Zogby Interactive polls got 17 out of 18 Senate races right, with the last one being within MOE.

So take that for what it’s worth.

That's the spin he uses. The margins were absolutely absurd in most of the races.
