He couldn't beat Cubin in a non-presidential year, so why would he against this guy?

2008 is a worse GOP environment than was 2006 imo

Dave Freudenthal won a majority of Republicans in 2006

He also won nearly 70% of the vote against a joke. Safe Republican.
