What part of the state is Christine O'Donnell from? Would help to confirm/deny my Delaware elections hypothesis.

I still don't understand why DE likes Carper more than Biden.

Wilmington, if her somewhat tasteless MySpace is accurate.

Confirm, then. Smiley

Biden should, in said circumstances, win with well over 60% despite having never done so before. I would say he might break 70%, but I think there might be a slight backlash/hesitancy in southern Delaware because someone other than Biden may end up in the Senate seat he's running for.

Because he's a lot less insulting?

Carper is the more moderate of the two.

Biden should win with more than 60% of the vote, but he will he help to Obama to?  My guess is probably not although I believe this poll has Obama-Biden leading McCain-Palin 57%-37% statewide? My predictions:

DELAWARE PRESIDENT -
58% (D) Obama
40% (R) McCain

DELAWARE SENATE -
60% (D) Biden
38% (R) O'Donnell
