If you believe in states rights deciding the issues, then ask yourself whether the states should legalize the following.  This isn't asking whether each item is immoral, simply whether or not it's the government's responsibility to outlaw them.  Note, some items are currently legal.

Simply copy and paste this into your post and add "yes" and "no" next to each item.  I suppose some of you might have conditional answers (legalize medical marijuana but not the rest), but try to judge whether you fall closer to the "yes" or "no" catagory.

I'm supportive of legalizing all but the final four, on which I am undecided.

The Assault Weapon ban doesn't do anything. You can get weapons legally with the exact same function.

Hah, pretty awesome. I'm for heavy punishments for those who drink and drive, or cause any major trouble because of alcohol. I figure if we legalize alcohol, we should legalize marijuana.

I've see a few 'but don't prosecute anyone'. Then what's the point of it being illegal? If the law is not enforced, why do you think it will be respected?

My position on sodomy is more of a message than a desire to prosecute those who practice it. Try to keep some morality in the law, despite the fact that the laws aren't easy to enforce.

Wow. You would have most of the adult population in jail.
BTW Sodomy covers acts that are routinely committed by married couples. You would have to put a cop in everyone's bedroom.

I only really disagree with people buying rocket launchers and the like.  You can shoot an AK47 at targets for fun and you can defend your home (sort of).  You can't do either with grenades or plastic explosives.
