Maybe it's true that McCain doesn't understand economics.  Maybe he just has poor judgement.  Maybe he's posturing as a bipartisan maverick.  I just know he's probably losing my vote if he is serious.

McCain will say whatever he thinks will help him get elected. I think for a lot of people right now, if there's never a Republican SEC chair again, that will be too soon.

Cuomo is a big part of the cause of the collapse, of course. Clinton HUD Secretary under whom homeownership was encouraged at the price of mortgage quality...
