Loved the Kennedy speech; he didn't seem to be slowed down at all, and it was exactly what I would have hoped for from Kennedy.

Michelle's speech was really good. It wasn't aimed at us guys, rather women. Which, to the best of my ability, think it hit home. That's what they care about....

After all of those hours, just 2 good speeches, and none of them really talked about the issues or distinguished between McCain in any way. In fact, very little substance.

My wife really liked Michelle's speech, and she is one of the PUMA Democrats so many of you have been talking about. Not that this will change her from voting for Mckinney, but I agree with your assessment of the target audience, and how this might have a broader impact.

Hopefully not! I believe she voted for Clinton in '92 and '96 and Nader in 2000 and '04.... most likely Democratic during the '80s.
