Obama will get an easy win here so I can ignore this poll pretty much.

They are terrible numbers for Obama, but I just can't see him losing Mondale's home state.

Why is it questionable? Now this is three straight polls(Rasmussen, SUSA, and Qunnipiac) showing the race tightening in MN.

Did any of you seriously believe Obama would win MN by double digits or even 15 like Rasmussen was saying?

Because they tightened at different times.  There isn't some kind of latency variance between pollsters.  Check the polling dates.

Potentially, and no, respectively.

This makes me laugh, so how much is the RNC paying Rasmussen now?

Again, then they must be paying SUSA and Qunnipiac as well.

Stop only believing polls you want to believe.

So whenever a poll is favorable to McCain, you accuse it of being biased?  Wtf?

Two words: Summer Polling

And I know I didn't say that for Obama favorable polls but it is still true there. Wait when the next Rassy polls for CO and MN show Obama leading both.

Obama takes Minn easily.  He'll win it by 6 or 7 probably which is double what Kerry won it by.  Why the meltdown that he isn't leading by 12 or 13?  No objective observer believed that was going to happen.

The only way you get the blowout numbers Obama people think they should be getting is if you have a significant chunk of Obamicans.  That ended with the appearance of Rev Wright, Ayers, etc in the spring.  If all you can produce is Chaffee and a president from the 50s' grandaughter as significant Republicans for Obama ..... it just isn't going to be the big landslide.  McCain is getting 91% of Republicans in Minn, up from 79% in the last Rasmussen poll.

Be glad you're winning the state by twice the margin that Gore or Kerry carried it by.  I think that's pretty good.

I love how the Obama people believed that he'd win MN by 15 points, and then when the polls show it tightening, they say it's a product of summer polling.

For the 100th time, when you know that in the end its not going to be good for you, clinging to hope in summertime polls is all you have.  I don't know if there are many people left that actually believe America is dumb enough (and yes they are dumb) to elect Obama

You think this is a possible win but PA isn't? MN is the ultimate definition of a "stubborn" state for the GOP so you can't use that argument.

So Americans are smart when they elect GW but when they elect Obama they are dumb. Huh Okay....

Massive fail DWTL. If anything America would have to be stupid to elect McCain because of the screwups of Bush and McCain supporting 95% of the same policies.

Except we won NJ since 1972. We haven't won MN since then.
