I've decided to make a topic just for predictions from dreams or just silly random predictions for the election this year. I had a dream last night and I had to post it.

I believe that this was it. All I remember was Obama did exceptionally well in Kentucky, but lost to McCain nationally because of the racist voters in Washington state. I was really upset because my state caused Obama to lose. And when I woke up I was quite depressed until I realized it was merely a dream...

I just had a dream about election night and the electoral college a few days ago. I've forgotten most of it by now, but I think I remember Obama winning Indiana.

I didn't know candidates were allowed to have multiple running mates.

Pennsylvania is the state I can't quite remember.

Not so much a 'dream' prediction as a generally hopeful one but still within the realm of reason:

McCain/Pawlenty:  281
Obama/Bayh: 257
-------------------------------------------

If McCain hopes to win this election, he might as well give up on the Southwest and focus on holding his own in the South and the rest of the West, while winning Ohio and Pennsylvania.

I remember having a dream a while ago (months, at this point), where McCain did really well up North (winning Pennsylvania, Michigan, and maybe even Massachusetts (!)), but got destroyed down South, somehow.  Obama ended up winning by the time the Pacific states came in.

I remember that Virginia was extremely close; I think it was around 600 votes.
