I'll have this debate for as long as it takes, through lawsuits and dialogue. I support both of your candidacies and greatly appreciate your views on GM reform. I am looking forward to passing legislation in the next Senate to fully form and establish the position.

So do we!

Mr Secretary, I know there is a dispute over which votes are valid and which ones are not, and I respect your decision of not counting Barnes and electoraljew2, even though I do not agree with it (we will see what the court say in the matter) but you seem to have made a mistake with Jewishconservatives vote. He registered on June the 6th, however relocated to Midwest after the deadline.

Therefor his vote should only be invalid in the senatorial race. Looking at the numbers, I think you did count his vote, and just placed him in the wrong collum. But I just wanted to make sure so that it's all in order.

No, I didn't count his vote. It was a mistake. Maybe I counted the ballots wrong.

ok, I see what I did wrong. I counted MaxQue's vote as both for Lief and Pit by accident.

I agree. If BK's vote counts...

Are we going to go back to prior years to see who else's vote is supposedly ineligible because they registered before attaining 25 posts?

You make a good point. There could have been several voters who registered before 25 posts, enough to sway the election. An investigation should be conducted on it.

Unless somebody challenges the results in court, which is looking less likely, then Lief has won.

How is it a run-off when Masterjedi is tied even though he got more first-preferences but an outright Lief victory when he is tied and got more first-preferences? These results are fixed.

Marokai was also allowed to vote a second time by the SOFA.  That is three allowed votes, one disallowed, all with the same reasoning for a second vote.

Here's the simplified version Wink

Our votes had eye-witness accounts and mine and BK's in particular had documented evidence of technical failure.

Gustaf only had his word.

Gustaf however is well known and honest, not to mention the fact that he is a mod.  I don't see why he would lie about that.

That's not really a defense, though, he still broke the rules by doing that. Same thing with Ben when I prosecuted him as AG.

So their vote should be invalidated because they were unlucky than the Voting Booth deleted their vote?

Again, I highlight the obvious difference. We have proof for everyone else, we only have Gustaf's word. (Also, his votes were right after one another which should've been easy to figure out, and if I recall, different in terms of preferences.)
