Still undecided, myself. I’m thinking this will come down to a last minute decision on my part. I’m very wishy washy, afraid of making the wrong decision when it comes to politics. I’m leaning McCain now, but he needs to show me he wants it, and won’t needlessly get the nation in another war.

Undecided, voted Republican on the poll due to leans

More accurately, though, I'll be voting for McCain, not "Republican"

LOL!

I'll be voting for McCain.

Now, I don't consider myself a swing voter, but if there was a Democrat that I really like, I would definitely consider voting for him/her.

90-95% sure that I won't vote.  although it turns out that I am registered.  I guess I filled out the form when I got my drivers' license.  damn Motor Voters Act.  I better de-register before I graduate college so it's hard for them to find me for jury duty.

If I vote, I will vote Democratic most likely.  Obama's sort of going to win CA anyway and I got other things to do with my time, like post on this forum and work and stuff.  Oh the irony of it all.

Seriously?  Is this a protest vote?  Are you a Green or something else?

I am curious, not attacking.  Though my contempt for McKinney is at a pretty high level.

That's the thing that most confuses me.  Why is Obama so popular with Libertarians?  Is it that they agree with Obama on foreign policy?

I've been leaning McCain for like three months now... Tongue

I just don't broadcast my opinion much because no one cares.

More like you don't need to broadcast your opinion for everyone to know that you support the fascist.

I shall probably just stay home; I'm currently registered at the wrong address and intend to keep it that way. Voting for the lesser of two evils is a waste of time.

I just don't broadcast my opinion much because no one cares.

Also, it's not like our votes matter. Smiley  I'm far more interested in how other people are going to vote and the strategy of how the campaigns are going to wrangle that vote around than I am about my own decision.

Reasons to root for Obama:
1) He has a funny name
2) Break the WASP+JFK stranglehold on American politics (and potentially heal some race relations/provide a good role model for kids)
3) Less likely to invade Iran
4) We're young, it's the hip thing to do, c'mon man, get with the picture!  Stop playing pogs and grab your iPod!  (pogs are McCain, iPods are Obama).

3) Less likely to invade Iran

This is the main reason to vote for Obama.
