Mainly because Obama doesn't have a clue about the constitution or how this country is supposed to work. To be fair to him however 95% of govt politicians have no regards for the constitution, but I digress.

But that is just your opinion and by that I guess quite a few Americans are dumbasses too. I am just saying I don't really like it when people call politicans bad words because if they really are stupid they deserve something better. A dumbass, or a sh**thead is what you call some idiot redneck that shows you no respect or something not a politican, although to be fair I've called Bush an asshole many times so I am somehwat of a hypocrite.

I'm guessing that your interpertation of the constitution is no longer accepted by a majority of our society.
