What I did, is gave one candidate a 3% bump in every state, while keeping the other candiate's number the same.

Key(for both): Grey-Toss-up; with in 3%
         30% shade: between 4-6%
          40% shade: between 7-10%
          60% shade: 11% and up.



Obama 3% bump.



Obama: 276
McCain: 152
Toss-up: 110




McCain 3% bump in the polls



Obama: 242
McCain: 224
Toss-up: 72
