Ok, perhaps I'm just confused.  Wouldn't be the first time.  From my understanding, government webpages are to be used for government buisness, and seperate pages are supposed to be used for campaining.  Subtle points highlighing policy decisions are overlooked, but out and out campaining on 'official' government pages is frowned on isn't it?

I double Checked Kerry's senate page for a cross reference.   He has the usual links to constituent service, and various position papers and senate speeches, though nothing too shocking.

In contrast, someone has brought to my attention This.  I know some Bush supporters think rather highly of him, best thing since sliced bread and all that - but isn't this laying it on a bit thick?  Doesn't pride come before the fall?  I dunno, this seems a bit thick even for a campaign statement, much less an 'impartial' website.

Clinton had a similar page on the site when he was President.  Maybe thick, but nothing new.
