If SD is close, then MT will still put Obama over the top because it will be called first

Sweet Sweet Montana... Is there anything that state can't do?

Vote Gore or Kerry?

SD, right now, is looking good for Clinton who is winning her core demographics; while signs are in MT than Obama is winning his but making inroads into some of Clinton's

Any one know if seniors and more down-scale voters are more likely to vote earlier in the day than younger and more up-scale voters because right now, it looks like SD demographically favors Clinton but if the demographic composition of the voters were to shift, however, could Obama eek out a small win?

Younger voters might be slightly more likely to vote later, but I'm really unconvinced of that phenomenon being a big deal.

Obama will clinch the nomination with South Dakota.  He just needs 7 delegates now.

Fox has leaked the sex numbers in South Dakota.  Clinton is leading the exit poll by 9-10 points.

Great, he'll clinch the nomination by losing a state.

68% of Clinton voters in South Dakota said she should be given the VP slot. Alcon said that needed to be 70% to break even

The sex numbers, lol.  MSNBC f'ed up and did the exact same thing with the CA recall election in '03.  They gave the breakdown for men and women, which obviously gives you the total.

If you believe that, the voters of Oregon, Vermont, Connecticut, Wisconsin and Utah would like to have a word with you.

Not especially.  Clinton barnstormed heavily.  Both of them have very high "honest and trustworthys" in SD, but Obama's are higher.

It's not surprising at all considering South Dakota's moderate, WASPy, rather un-racist electorate.

Sioux problem. They don't like Crow in a hatred much stronger than any racial tensions, and Obama is now Crow.

We'll see, but Obama did get the endorsement of Sioux tribal leaders and North Dakota Sioux rather liked him.  Of course, that doesn't mean he won't be crushed in Shannon County but I doubt it will be on animosity against the Crow.

He's winning MT, so it's probably more of a South Dakota problem.

Possibly not; I deleted my post later as I decided it was early to be calling it that. But those are my suspicions. North Dakota was well before Obama became an honorary Crow.

Fox News Channel says the exits have Obama winning 61% of men and 50% of women in Montana.

The bottom left hand corner of the screen on FNC is nonstop exit poll info.

Class problem. Perhaps more lower-scale, lower educated voters in SD, who favor Clinton, than up-scale, higher educated voters, who favor Obama
