Reagan wins by a decent margin but due to TERRIBLE timing on his part in getting elected(he gets elected just as things are getting bad in the ATL unlike our world where he got in just as the recovery was going to start). Neoconservatism gets discredited over 20 years early and America is a few notches to the left economically and socially.
