Instead of being smart and looking up who Baselice & Associates were, I stumbled upon who this is in the crappy Houston paper.

Basically, Mike Baselice is a Republican pollster who works with mostly Republican candidates, most specifically Rick Perry.  No word on whether this poll was associated with Cornyn or not, though I think they have to tell.
