The last "big" Obama endorsements were Joe Andrew and Lincoln Chafee, so take this with a massive ol' grain-o'-salt.

I have honestly no idea who Joe Andrew is.

Maybe this time it'll be someone I've heard of, eh.

Actually more significant than Lincoln Chafee, really.

Rumors on the Internets say 55% chance it's Edwards, 45% chance it ain't.

Passive-aggression much?  According to Time.com, Hillary Clinton interviews air on all three network evening news programs at 6:30.

Obama tends to like to roll out big endorsements after primaries. Who will it be this time?

I hope it's someone who does something really ballsy -- like Richard Lugar breaking ranks.  But that's not gonna happen.

Edwards is the safe bet.  I'm sure others are hoping for Gore or Carter to make a commitment.

But advance press releases and news conference announcements are often such crap.  I remember getting them all the time locally.  "Mayor Helmke will make a major economic development announcement this afternoon at 3:30."

You get there and he's cutting the ribbon on a new bank branch that will add 8 new jobs.

So this could be a simple unpledged delegate coming over. I'll be checking after the fact, but I won't be surprised if it's nothing.

(And for the record, I think Joe Andrew was *something*.  Former DNC chair and all...and quite a big name in Indiana.)

like alcon said, we should take 'big' with a grain of salt.

it is probably someone like the deputy mayor for library services of helena montana.

if i were an obama supporter id rather have that deputy mayor than jimmy carter...who is a repulsive human being.  maybe carter can get his buddies in hamas to endorse obama too!

I hadn't heard about Chafee's endorsement.  Interesting.  Irrelevant, but interesting.

Hopefully this will actually be big, like Carter, Gore, Edwards, or some GOP or Independent figure.

Because he stopped using coke and is a dry drunk.  Obama is still dealing, pimping and looking for white women to rape.  Haven't you been listening to Christian radio?  Haven't you been opening those spam emails?
