The following results are based on 541 completed telephone interviews among a statewide random sample of registered voters in New Hampshire. Of the 541 interviews, 162 were among registered Republicans, 158 among registered Democrats, and 221 among undeclared (independent) voters. The interviews were conducted March 14 through 17, 2008.

The theoretical margin of error for the total sample of 541 is plus or minus 4.2 percentage points, 95% of the time, on questions where opinion is evenly split.

Lynch: 62% (+14)
Guinta: 20% (-12)
Undecided: 18% (-2)

The real question here is after his landslide vctory, and after Sununu gets sent packing.   Does Lynch jump in and run for Senate in 2010 against Gregg?

I hope so.  I think he could definitely win and we will most certainly see a DSCC campaign to woo him.  For all we know, Gregg will announce he's tired of Washington life and wants to return to the Governor's mansion...

The Governor seems pretty content in his current job - one that it looks like he can basically hold for as long as he wants.  I can't really see him wanting to give it up for Washington, at least under his own volition.  Perhaps when Chuck Schumer comes a-knocking, though.

Lynch is a Freedom Fighter because he is militantly anti-marijuana.
