Venezuela certainly is a state sponsor of terror.

As is every other left-of-center government outside Scandinavia.

I wouldn't go that far how Venezuela is as it certainly supports FARC and other armed left-wing groups throughout Latin America

Yep, it would be accurate, to consider him a sponsor of terrorism, but that's true for many governments, and frankly, I don't see any reason for the existence of this list..but it must make us feel good to have a black list. Anyway, Chavez is stupid, bad for his country and many others, but he's still well liked, and not near as dangerous as some people claim.

Considering his financial and political support of the FARC and his constant meddling in other South American nation's affairs, I'd say he is far more dangerous than some people notice, at least for the Latin American region.
