Pete and Pete always reminded me of a real white trash family but dressed up as kind of normal middle class. Metal plate in head = filth.

*sighs*

I'm speechless...

You might be able to find The Adventures of Pete & Pete on Youtube.

It's old school Nickelodeon.  Possibly from before you were thought of. Tongue

Invader Zim is about as old-school Nickelodeon as I get, though I dimly remember the Angry Beavers.

Don't start because it sucks.  I'm forced to sometimes when I babysit. Sad

It's depressing that kids these days don't know what they're missing.

Yeah, it began raking in garbage with Danny Phantom. Disney Channel is far worse though, and has been ever since they took of Fillmore!

Eh...no children's network today would dare to make something as nightmarish and disturbing as Ren and Stimpy.  I still shudder about some episodes of that show I saw over a decade ago.  You remember it?  Specifically, I'm thinking of an episode where Stimpy falls in love with a big hunk of some sort of meat, Ren gets jealous, and puts it through a grinder.  Damn, that was horrifying...I mean, I know it was just meat, and didn't have feelings...but Stimpy really loved that thing.

Rocko's Modern Life is also way beyond those people today.

Yes, I miss Nick and Nick.

Ren and Stimpy should've been on an older kid's network.  I agree.  It was very graphic for young kids. Tongue  However, Log was pretty funny and I liked the theme song lol

And Rocko's Modern Life was awesome too.  I remember the nudist episode.  That was funny.  And that Hefer the cow was raised by wolves lol

hahaha . . . those aren't old Nick shows.  The old shows include "You Can't Do That on Television" and "The Tomorrow People," both which ran back in the late '70s.  Use to watch both shows while out in Guam.  Nick was the only cable channel out there at the time, other than a movie channel.

As far as the question goes:
NewFeddy
Dibble
Virginian87
J-Mann
Muon2

I believe those five represent those that are similar to me.

I remember seeing it on Nickeloden, because it was followed by Rugrats.

Well my childhood TV memories consist of
- Fraggle Rock
- Seseme Street
- The Muppet Show
- Captain Pugwash
- Puddle Lane
- Astro Boy
- The Live-action Disney Winnie the Pooh
- Fat Cat (not Humphrey... that sick pantless freak!)

This WAY pre-dates Nickelodeon
