Good luck with that. I have been barking up that tree for a while. But this is my take....

Dark Red- Abortions are Legal, may or may not pay for abortions publically
Light Red- Abortions are Legal, but there is tight abortion control (consents, waiting periods, have to provide own funds even if raped).
Green- Generally case-by-case, mostly imitating the British Abortion Act or technically illegal with liberal interpretations of rape, incest, self-defense, defect and health
Light Blue- Illegal except for rape, incest, self-defense
Blue- Total Equal Rights for Fetuses
Dark Blue- No Abortions no matter what, even in self-denfense

Colorado actually already has its middle of the road law and it appears that with a libertarian state with a Religious Right City-State, it will stay in there.

How do KS and NE have more conservative abortion laws than the Bible belt?

Don't mind it. Just an error, though I am not sure what NJ would do.
