Bush wins comfortably - 7% nationally giving him all the states that were in the "barely Kerry" category along with Maine's 2nd CD. Hillary only wins the Democratic base, and considering 2004 was a good Republican year, and traditional values were the key issue, I doubt Hillary, being a woman, would have done much better than 182 electoral votes.
