Nada. Bangor's the only town of size with anything at all, and even it's not reporting much. Lewiston, Portland, Augusta, and Bath are all late caucuses.

Well, if things continue as they are we won't know who's won till they come in. When will that be , roughly?

Not that surprising, IMO.

Most/all results should be in by 9-9:30 EST. Bath and a few smaller towns don't open until 6 PM, so they should all be done by 8.

Standish gives Kucinich a delegate, too (9O-7C-1K). Lakes Region town, not too far outside of Portland.

would it be correct to assume that Obama will win big in Portland?

Yes. To put it lightly.

Yes. To put it lightly.

If that's the case, and if Obama is already ahead, what would Clinton need to do in the intervening time to win?

Do not ever assume crude urban/rural divisions in Maine of all places.

Lewiston, Bath, other industrial towns. Francophone north. But it's beginning to look as if the numbers aren't there for her to win.

Yes, which is why I asked.  Clinton normally leads in very early returns and then loses it to Obama as the bigger places come in; I don't think we've ever seen a situation where she was behind in early returns and then came from behind to win.

He was saying that that's what she needs to win, not that he hopes that happens.

FOX is now reporting that, with 41% in, Obama leads 57-42. No link yet, but that would imply that it's over.

Do they say how much of that (if any) is Portland?

If Portland is still close to 0% reporting with those numbers, I'd say it's safe to call it an Obama landslide once again.

She does well with French-Americans that predominantly live in Northern Maine and along the Canadian border.
