Just thought I would take the time to update all y'all on our progress in the midterms.

Here is a list of our candidates for Senate:

District 1--Keystone Phil (R-PA) is running against Handzus26 (IP-PA).

Old District 2--RReagan4Ever (R-OH) is challenging incumbent Sen. Akno21 (D-MD).

New District 2--Bono (R-NH) is taking on Justin (AAP-NH), Migrendel (UL-MA), and Umengus (D-VT).

District 3--Former senator Texasgurl (D-WI) has announced her intentions to run for her old seat now held by Sen. Demrepdan (IP-IL).

District 4--Josh22 (R-TX) is challenging incumbent Sen. Harry (IP-MS).

Disctrict 5--Yours truly is running for reelection against challengers Mr. Hobbes (UAC-CA) and Platypean Archcow (UL-CA).

All in all our prospects are quite good.  We have candidates running in four out of five elections.  We have more candidates running than any other party on the forum.

In other news, I would like to work on a new party platform for the midterms.  If anyone is interested in serving on a platform committee, please volunteer on this thread.  There will be three spots on such a committee.  The final platform will be adopted with the approval of myself and the regional chairmen of the party.

Also, you all can look forward to a calendar for our Presidential Primary elections very soon.  It seems unbelievable, but it's about time to start thinking about the presidential election in October!

Anyway, stay tuned.  If you have any questions about our efforts in the midterms, feel free to ask them.

Thank you.
