Chris Dodd.

$0.00

If I had money, I probably would've donated a tiny bit to the Green Party of Ontario in 2007.
I would've considered donating to the Nouveau Centre and maybe UMP in June 2007.

$0.00

If I tried to send some money to the Obama Campaign from down here, some dodgy American postmen would steal my money.

I contributed $150 to Huckabee's campaign in November. I got what I paid for as far as I'm concerned with his defeat of Romney in Iowa.

I've given some money to the Pryor and Warner Senate campaigns, and I'll probably give some to Landrieu; I do also plan on giving to the Democratic nominee.

Landrieu?

1. She has no chance.
2. She's an HP.

I've done over $500 to Ron Paul so far...  First time I've contributed to any candidate.

Never say that about a incumbent.... Even Santorum could've won in 2006 under the right conditions.

FYI in order to legally contribute money:

1-You must be at least 18 years of age.
2-You must be a US citizen.

If the above two are not true the campaign can not legally accept your money.

Which is why I doubt the kid from Virginia did so. Technically his parents did at all.

I swear that I checked before I sent money and I found otherwise, thanks to some Supreme Court decision.

Well it was definitely 18 in 2004. Might've changed since then. Actually I just looked at Obama's site and to donate you must check a box saying that:

   1.  I am a United States citizen or a lawfully-admitted permanent resident.
   2. I am at least 16 years old.
   3. This contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank.
   4. This contribution is not made from the funds of a political action committee.
   5. This contribution is not made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor.
   6. This contribution is not made from the funds of an individual registered as a federal lobbyist or a foreign agent, or an entity that is a federally registered lobbying firm or foreign agent.
   7. The funds I am donating are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

So the age might be 16 now thanks to the Supreme Court. Still too old for the Virginia kid.

I believe that you are wrong on both points.

First, if you check you will see that foreigners have legally contributed to recent Presidential campaigns.

Second, it is a common dodge for the wealthy to contribute to candidates in the names of their minor children inorder to actually exceed the limits on what they can contribute in their own name.

The restrictions on who may contribute as listed in Ron Paul's website are as follows:

"Confirm Your Eligibility
Federal law requires all online contributors to confirm that the following statements are true and accurate. If you cannot confirm each statement, you are not eligible to contribute to the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign Committee. 1. This contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is made neither on a corporate or business entity card nor on the card of another.

2. I am a United States citizen or a lawfully-admitted permanent resident.

3. I am making this contribution with my own personal funds, and I will not be reimbursed by anyone for this contribution.

4. I am not a federal government contractor.

5. I am at least 18 years of age."

That says 18 years old. So it is different than what Obama's website says. I don't know which is correct.

What's your source?

I checked with the FEC website but didn't find an answer there.
