If Paul is smart, he'd focus his resources on winning 1 or 2 CDs since SC is one of the many states that allocate delegates per CD (which I personally favor since it gives candidates a minor prize in case they don't win the state and there could be some momentum). And we know this poll was before the results in MI were out. He should also focus on illegal immigration in SC because believe me in the South it's priority #1.
