As does Giuliani, apparently...

I personally have no clue how the caucus results will play out, and I really don't think polls are going to tell us too much.

Edwards seemed to be putting everything he had into South Carolina, but now this comes out. I wonder what they're going to do.

Maybe there's an opening here for Edwards as the "comeback kid".

Bill Maher had a good point about the campaign on Real Time this week.  Edwards is really the only candidate talking about the corporate stranglehold on America that exists whether people like it or not, and was questioning why it had come down to an Obama/Clinton race.

I wonder how terrible the attacks against Obama would get if Clinton placed 3rd in Nevada.

Wow... very strange and exciting! It would be great if Obama and Edwards could knock Clinton into third place again but I won't get my hopes up too high after seeing one poll.

This is encouraging. As unrealistic as it is at this point, I still think Edwards could win the nomination. If this poll is any indication, he could come in a strong second place in NV and win in SC due to Hillary and Obama possibly splitting the black vote. Then on Feb. 5, focus on the Southern and Midwestern states. Its a longshot, but at this point, who knows?

At this point, I'm even skeptical that Obama can stop Hillary; I can't imagine how much blind optimism it would take to think that Edwards could win. Tongue  Edwards isn't even winning the white vote in South Carolina.

Booyeah Mondale!

I am quite surprised by Edwards' numbers in Nevada, let's hope that he'll be able to finish in second place behind Senator Obama and thus pushing Hillary into third place. That will be the day. It would have been in Iowa Wink.

A post above says that the poll itself was conducted by Research 2000.

Well like I said, it a longshot.

And I would have an easier time accepting Hillary than Obama. Though not by much.

I would not put too much trust in any polling of Nevada, it is newly an early state and as such I think it will be open to wide swings. Basically I think the result is unpredictable.

Nobody will care though. The Republican race there is getting about as much attention as the "race" in Wyoming.
