wes clark was leading after this vote in 2004.
Are you seriously implying something there? Please tell me you arent.

Implying what? I was just implying that their votes dont always spell victory, but I don't believe Clinton has a chance. I predict Obama will break the 40% threshold, especially if turnout is in record territory like they say it is.

also, polls close at 7pm, so i expect shortly after we'll begin to see some vote tallies. i expect the GOP race won't be called anytime soon unless mccain jumps out to a big lead like huckabee did in iowa.

Polls close in most of NH at 7, but in 22 towns and the City of Nashua they don't close until 8. I don't know if the 7 PM stations release results before the 8 PM stations close though.

Well, no one wants to accidentally call an election for Al Gore or anything...

70%!?  Wow.

Also, those look like pretty good numbers for Obama and McCain.

Same day registration. Hopefully boosted by loads of people who registered solely to vote for Obama.

Yes! Romney! Romney!

If he wins the New Hampshire Primary, the networks should just declare Obama President-elect.

HUGE turnout in my town today. There is a 1/4 mile traffic jam right now going into the polling place across the street from me.

Polls are supposed to close in 10 minutes but I don't see how that's possible.

Can they keep them open longer?
