Ya i'm running for my old seat.
the district needs a senator who is around once in a while,
and that would be me.
even though i'm fairly liberal i think i have shown an ability to work with conservatives and moderates when needed.
my reasons for resigning were complex but taken care of now.

I feel she can win, even if by 1 vote!

The senate is in desperate need of active members, therefore I fully endorse Texasgurl for her old seat.

It's also unfortunate that you did not win the UAC primary.  Had you bested Hobbes we could've had a three wace between very active members.  Unfortunately, the voters in the primary have selected the barely there Mr. Hobbes.

I remember way back in April when I ran for Senate, then dropped out......and I drafted, endorsed, and SUPPORTED Texasgurl to run in my place. She of course won the seat. Then recently when I ran, she endorsed PBrunsel over me, which is fine. But also supported some very negative adds against me. I hope our campaign will be a clean one, Texasgurl. You will be a worthy opponent.

Why would she resign and then run for the same seat?

For personal reasons, that is all you need to know.

I believe it is an incredible testament to Texasgurl's concern for the good of the people of Atlasia that she would retire from the senate when she didn't think she had the time to do the job to the best of her ability.  Now she has the time to spend being a senator.  More power to her.

I fully endorse DemRepDan. We need someopne active, yes; but more importantly, we need someone with good character, wise beliefs and who is prepared to work with all people-and actually does so, not just paying lip service to the idea.

That person is Dan.
