Is Rasmussen including Bloomberg in their questions without reporting it?  The reason I ask is because they seem to be reporting an abnormally high number of "other" voters in their most recent polls.

I assume they're asking the generic "Other" - 10% is hardly surprising.  "Other" always overpolls total third parties.
