Good lord no.  The very idea is ridiculous and hypocritical!  The Burmese government is far kinder to its people than many US allies - Saudi Arabia is always my favorite example. 

The only reason such a fuss is made about Burma is it is anti-US and connected with China.. one of China's few satellites.
