I dont understand how people like Dean can say they are running a national campaign yet they pick and choose were to particpate in and where not too... that doesnt seem like a national campaign to me... kerrys campaign is the only one who can say that...

Only front-runners have national campaigns, others cannot afford it.

Dean's saying that was more a past tense thing. Before Iowa and NH, he had a great nationwide organization. Kerry put one together after IA and NH, but he really didn't need it.
