While I feel that I am generally a more forgotten poster (rightfully so as well), so I was reluctant to get involved in this awards competition. However, I could not resist!

1. Best Overall Poster of the Year?
John Ford(Written by Aaron Sorkin). He doesn't post often, but his posts are intelligent, witty, and well written.

2. Funniest Poster of the Year?
I generally do  not consider sarcasm or stupidity funny, which is why I don't get invited to many drinking parties at my university. I nominate Gabu for this award, since he can be funny without being either of the things I have mentioned. (His is in red because he is a godless Olbermann viewer).

3. Troll of the Year?
Oh here's a brilliant idea! Let's give an award to attention craved fools. What's next, giving rice krispie treats to kids with ADD?

4. Most Influential Poster of the Year?
I will name Colin Wixted and Jas as my nominees for this award. There administration in Atlasia is head and shoulders above the rest of them, including my own. The main reason I did not first preference them in the October 2007 Election was because I didn't want SPC to finish poorly...I guess I failed at that.

5. Most Enthusiastic Poster of the Year?
South Park Conservative is my choice for this award. He threw himself into discussion and fantasy politics even more than I did when I first started. If he wasn't a member of the Libertarian Party, I'd say he could make it to the Oval Office.

6. Most Cynical Poster of the Year?
A cynic would probably not even accept the award. All a cynic would say is, "Oh wow an award," and then go read Nietzche.

7. Angriest Poster of the Year?
It's a political forum, we all get angry at one time or another. If we don't, our name is Gabu.

8. Rivalry of the Year?
I never really keep up on this, but BRTD vs. WalterMitty is entirely too funny to overlook. Walter, I salute you for your predictions. I think ti takes some guts to believe that a candidate will win, even when the polls show they won't. This is not a characteristic of those who actually win elections, but for a spectator it is a great character virtue.

9. Best Newbie?
Rockefeller Republican. He is smart, energetic, and easy to get along with. I honestly don't believe that there is a better nominee for this award.

10. Atlas Hall of Fame
There are many who could be put here, many who deserve this honor:

Ilikeverin, StatesRights, and Supersoulty are my choices for this award.
