Taking this into account with Beshear's 60%-36% in the other poll, Beshear might well end up with over 60% of the vote.  I predict a 59%-40% Beshear win, although Fletcher has never averaged above 40% in any poll taken.  I think Beshear could get up to a 62%-37% victory.

There's no third party candidates. So Fletcher and Beshear's numbers will add up to 100%.

Yes but if Beshear gets 59.76% and Fletcher gets 40.24% its not a 60%-40% win but it would be rounded up as such by you; I choose not to.
