Yes we've used this flag as the default Atlasian flag since 2004, I believe. It was originally created by htmldon and I think it was voted on by people, or at least acclaimed as the best design.

If we need it - I had always remembered some flag with stars, but didn't find anything on the wiki, so I assumed I had imagined it.

If we don't have a formal flag, it'd be nice to formalize it, and if one of the Old-Timers, Alcon or Gabu, etc... would make a wiki entry for Atlasia - that would be really nice.

IIRC, the regions determined the flag, but I can't remember if it was the governors or through referendums.

The flag widely accepted as the Atlasian National Flag seems to have been first proposed by Htmldon on November 4th, 2004.

Ernest has thoughtfully analyzed its import:

I recognize the flag above but don't ever remember voting on a national flag. We've definitely discussed it many times, and I could be wrong and it was pre-Wiki crash. In any event I say we adopt a flag ASAP.
