I can understand Hillary leading Romney in AL but Huckabee? Huckabee being, possibly, the only Republican I'd even become close to endorsing in the field. The odds on that, however, being of Equatorial, let alone Cancerian or Capricornian, proportions

Have fun trying to defend Alabama. Cheesy ...when Kentucky, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Virginia and Ohio are being challenged.

Is there a reason you quoted my post, there?  Tongue

Like Alcon said, they don't know who Huckabee is.

Were Huckabee to win the GOP nomination, he'd win Alabama. You can be sure of it

The Huckabee numbers are surprising.  He seems to be the perfect Southern candidate.

Agreed, but the fact that Clinton is pulling 47 percent against Huckabee can't really be attributed to Huckabee's lack of name recognition, and it's also pretty good for Clinton considering Kerry only got 37 percent of the vote in Alabama.

It's not like people who dislike Clinton but have never heard of Huckabee would be supporting Clinton; they'd be undecided.
