The fact that he is pissing off Jackson only makes me respect Obama more.

Jackson has a point, but it has to be remembered that Obama is just as "white" as he is "black."

Actually, I always thought that Obama is acting like he's half-white. Wink

Apparently Jackson just can't stand the thought of a successful black man who actually has interracial appeal.

There will be a black President no sooner than when it won't matter.

I guess this is a dumb question...but could someone give me (as objectively as possible) the definitions of "acting white" and "acting black"?

Mostly a culture that elevates the importance of skin color excessively.

Neither can a lot of blacks. Of course if you replaced "Black" with Hispanic, or Asian, or Jewish, or even Gay/Bi (sans inter-racial) that would also be the case. Unfortunately, minorities are often their own worst enemies in this country.

Was I the only one who hoped this thread would be referring to Michael Jackson?

Come on, be honest...

I actually made a prediction that with the entrenched black leadership supporting Hillary, Obama at some point would be called an Uncle Tom by one of them.

So I'm patting myself on the back for that. Smiley

I'll bet his private endorsement is different.
