Good for Edwards. 500,000 people is a lot, though I have no idea how that stacks up to the numbers of other unions (ie- I assume it's smaller than the Firefighters who endorsed Dodd).

I'd been wondering why Edwards numbers had been looking a bit anorexic.  Now I know why.

Why do birds suddenly appear? Why, because it's morning again in America!

Me too.

Bill and Hillary Clinton think that this election is Yesterday Once More for them, but they haven't counted on Barack Obama the Superstar.

Some also say its Going To Take Some Time for John Edwards' to start being truly competetive.

Was it Only Yesterday that John McCain was seen as the GOP frontrunner, because recently he looks like he's been playing Solitaire.

As for Mitt Romney, he's singing Close To You to the conservative wing of the Republican Party.

The Ames Straw Poll results show that Mike Huckabee can plausibly say We've Only Just Begun to his supporters.

Finally, some voters will never vote for Bill Richardson for President: they think he's too much of a Desperado.

And For All We Know, maybe Fred Thompson will finally enter (OK that last one doesn't count).

Obama and Romney are "superstars" everywhere but the polls.  Sure, Romney is ahead in Iowa and New Hampshire, but Iowa won't matter as much this year and if he didn't win in New Hampshire, it woudl be an embarasment, since he was the governor of the state next door and the media market which includes large parts of New Hampshire.  If he wins, it is reported as an "as expect" unless he really cleans up, and he won't.  If he loses there, its the end of his campaign.

At least Romney has the organization though.  Obama doesn't, and that is why he has NO chance of winning.

Edwards getting union support is one more reason to oppose him.

Half a million.

Edwards also looks to have picked up the United Steelworkers endorsement (1.2 million members).
