Now that Karl Rove is leaving the White House in two weeks, what effect will that have on the 2008 Presidential Race both Republicans and Democrats?  What effect will it have on the remaining 17 months of the Bush Administration?  What effect will it have on the remaining 16 months of the 110th Congress?

Rove is probably going to take some time off and then work in the background with the GOP grassroot programs to get out the vote.
