Abortion
Reimbursing the cost of abortion under your favored health care system: Possibly?
Banning late-term abortions: Swiss cheese qualified yes; see below
a.) Life of the mother exemption
b.) Health of the mother exemption
c.) Life of the fetus exemption
d.) Health of the fetus exemption (i.e. birth defects)
     e.) Rape exemption
Legalizing the 'morning-after pill' (emergency contraception)
Requiring abortion clinics to offer fetal anesthesia to women obtaining abortions: Possibly? (I've not heard of this)
Funding for pro-life "crisis pregnancy centers": Possibly?

Adoption:
Allowing same-sex couples to adopt children
Allowing single parents to adopt children
Allowing bisexuals or homosexuals to serve as foster parents

Affirmative Action:
Allowing affirmative action on the basis of race: Umm, it should be allowed, but I do not support it on an official basis, which is I think what this question is getting at.
Allowing affirmative action on the basis of socioeconomic status

Criminals' Rights:
Requiring sex offenders to have special license plates: Possibly?
Requiring public notification of rehabilitated sex offenders living in communities: Possibly?
Banning prisoners from voting: Possibly?
Banning ex-felons from voting: Possibly? (depends on crime maybe?)

Immigration:
Applying civil liberties and anti-torture laws to non-immigrants
Guest worker program
Granting amnesty to illegal aliens
Building a fence/wall across the Mexican border: To some extent.  Maybe an "electronic wall" or whatever it's called.
Allowing illegal aliens access to social services, including public education: Possibly? (I would prefer a large amnesty and an easier path to citizenship, so once those are enacted I'd think the illegal immigrants still around might not be the best types to give social services to)
Including immigrants in your health care plan

Assuming this is all being decided upon on a state-by-state basis:

Abortion
Requiring parental notification for women under 18 seeking abortions: Support
Requiring parental consent for women under 18 seeking abortions: Support
Banning interstate travel of women under 18 attempting to obtain abortions: Oppose
Requiring spousal notification for married women seeking abortions: Support
Requiring spousal consent for married women seeking abortions: Oppose
Requiring a woman to have an ultrasound before obtaining an abortion: Support
Requiring clinics to notify women of a hypothesis linking abortion with breast cancer: If it has no scientific backing (and I think it doesn't), then I most definitely oppose
Banning the sale of metal coat-hangers: Support
Prohibiting public funding of abortions: Support if the abortion in question isn't medically necessary
Reimbursing the cost of abortion under your favored health care system: Oppose if abortion in question isn't medically necessary
Banning dilation & extraction ("partial-birth abortion"):
a.) Life of the mother exemption? Support
b.) Health of the mother exemption? Oppose
c.) Life of the fetus exemption? Support
d.) Health of the fetus exemption (i.e. birth defects)? Support

Affirmative Action:
Allowing affirmative action on the basis of race: Oppose

Granting amnesty to illegal aliens: Only if the border is secured by the time we are deciding on whether to grant amnesty to those illegals already here

Requiring clinics to notify women of a hypothesis linking abortion with breast cancer: No, stop using scare tactics.

Prohibiting public funding of abortions: Only for non-medically necessary abortions.
Reimbursing the cost of abortion under your favored health care system: See above.
Banning dilation & extraction ("partial-birth abortion"): Yes
a.) Life of the mother exemption? Yes
b.) Health of the mother exemption? Yes
c.) Life of the fetus exemption?  Yes
d.) Health of the fetus exemption (i.e. birth defects)? Yes, if they are severe enough to warrant euthanasia and/or the "fetus" is already dead.
Banning late-term abortions: Theoretically, yes if in 3rd trimester. However, I'm really not sure how to enforce such a thing. I certainly wouldn't want women going to jail.
a.) Life of the mother exemption? Yes
b.) Health of the mother exemption? Yes

Criminalizing tipping off Mexicans about the Minuteman Project: Yes.
Requiring hospitals providing medical care to illegal aliens to report them to the government: Yes.
Denying medical care to illegal aliens: No, but I'd send them straight back to their country.
Applying civil liberties and anti-torture laws to non-immigrants: It depends. I would not support torture, but with that said the constitution doesn't really apply to non-citizens.
Guest worker program: No more so than currently.
Granting amnesty to illegal aliens: Only if they can show they will not be a burden on society, and agree to pay back taxes.
Building a fence/wall across the Mexican border: Building a fence across the entire US border would be incredibly costly to maintain, and impractical. Invest more in ICE and surveillance instead.
Allowing illegal aliens access to social services, including public education: No.
Including immigrants in your health care plan: Only if they're legal.

Abortion
(All of the below positions assume a weak level of support for abortion. I'm not necessarily a big fan and have not yet worked out my position on the issue, if I ever do.)
Requiring parental notification for women under 18 seeking abortions: Yes
Requiring parental consent for women under 18 seeking abortions: No
Banning interstate travel of women under 18 attempting to obtain abortions: No

Banning the sale of metal coathangers: No
Prohibiting public funding of abortions: No
Reimbursing the cost of abortion under your favored health care system: Yes
Banning dilation & extraction ("partial-birth abortion"): Yes
a.) Life of the mother exemption? No, there are alternative late-term procedures of equal efficacy.
b.) Health of the mother exemption? No, see above.
c.) Life of the fetus exemption? No, see above.
d.) Health of the fetus exemption (i.e. birth defects)? No
Banning late-term abortions: Yes
a.) Life of the mother exemption? Yes
b.) Health of the mother exemption? Maybe, depends on the severity of the potential damage
c.) Life of the fetus exemption? Yes
d.) Health of the fetus exemption (i.e. birth defects)? No
e.) Rape exemption? Yes (the dying violinist argument applies here, and it is very compelling)
Legalizing the 'morning-after pill' (emergency contraception):
     a.) Requiring a prescription? No
b.) Requiring parental consent for women under 18? No
Requiring abortion clinics to offer fetal anesthesia to women obtaining abortions: No, if enough women want it, abortion clinics will carry it
Mandatory waiting periods for women obtaining abortions: No
Mandatory pro-life counseling for women obtaining abortions: No
Funding for pro-life "crisis pregnancy centers": No

Adoption:
Allowing same-sex couples to adopt children: Yes
Allowing single parents to adopt children: Yes (assuming it is clear that the single will be able to provide sufficient care; some singles simply can't due to work obligations)

Affirmative Action:
Allowing affirmative action on the basis of race: No
Allowing affirmative action on the basis of socioeconomic status: Yes, for education only

Banning prisoners from voting: No
Banning ex-felons from voting: No

Immigration:

Applying civil liberties and anti-torture laws to non-immigrants: Yes
Guest worker program: No
Granting amnesty to illegal aliens: Yes, as a one-time event
Building a fence/wall across the Mexican border: No, but otherwise increase security. A fence will accomplish very little and cost a lot.
Allowing illegal aliens access to social services, including public education: No, but yes once they've received amnesty
Including immigrants in your health care plan: See above

Clarifying my immigration position (since I think this just clouded it), I would like to see a one-time amnesty to solve the problem temporarily, then ease restrictions on legal immigration while increasing funding for and the number of border patrols to crack down on future illegal immigration. At this point, it is infeasible to deport the massive illegal immigrant population, and they and their descendants will more rapidly assimilate into American culture if they are not constantly wary of being deported.

Life of the fetus means allowing abortion if the fetus is going to die anyway.

As for life/health of the fetus issues, are you familiar with anencephaly?

Your question is hopelessly vague. You may support abortions in the case of anencephaly, but hemophilia, for example, also falls under the description provided.

So I might support abortions only in the case of anencephaly if I answer "Yes", or I might be a eugenicist who supports abortions for people with myopia? Nice question.

I'm sure that many would consider supporting abortions for anencepahlic fetuses to be eugenicist.

Requiring parental notification for women under 18 seeking abortions: Nay.
Requiring parental consent for women under 18 seeking abortions: Nay.
Banning interstate travel of women under 18 attempting to obtain abortions: Nay.
Requiring spousal notification for married women seeking abortions: Nay.
Requiring spousal consent for married women seeking abortions: Nay.
Requiring a woman to have an ultrasound before obtaining an abortion: Seems like a stupid surrogate for mandatory counselling, which I support.
Requiring clinics to notify women of a hypothesis linking abortion with breast cancer: We might go with the state of the art on the question and notify women of a putative link between abortion after the first trimester and breast cancer.
Banning the sale of metal coathangers: Nay.
Prohibiting public funding of abortions: Nay.
Reimbursing the cost of abortion under your favored health care system: Depends on circumstances.
Banning dilation & extraction ("partial-birth abortion"): Yes.
a.) Life of the mother exemption? Yes.
b.) Health of the mother exemption? Yes (not all health concerns, though.)
c.) Life of the fetus exemption? Yes.
d.) Health of the fetus exemption (i.e. birth defects)? No.
Banning late-term abortions:
a.) Life of the mother exemption?
b.) Health of the mother exemption?
c.) Life of the fetus exemption?
d.) Health of the fetus exemption (i.e. birth defects)? See above on all.
     e.) Rape exemption? Yes.
Legalizing the 'morning-after pill' (emergency contraception): Yes.
     a.) Requiring a prescription? No.
b.) Requiring parental consent for women under 18? No.
Requiring abortion clinics to offer fetal anesthesia to women obtaining abortions: No. Don't be absurd.
Mandatory waiting periods for women obtaining abortions: Since abortion is the later the riskier, and the later the more morally dubious, this sounds like a peculiarly evil idea.
Mandatory pro-life counseling for women obtaining abortions:
Funding for pro-life "crisis pregnancy centers": Depends what we mean by "pro-life" here. The counsellor's preferred option should be the prevention of the abortion, which obviously includes pointing out alternatives, but she/he must not be judgemental etc. Nor have any power of preventing the abortion from going through.

Allowing same-sex couples to adopt children: Aye.
Allowing single parents to adopt children: Aye.
Allowing bisexuals or homosexuals to serve as foster parents: Aye.

Criminals' Rights:
Capital punishment:
     a.) For treason?
     b.) For murder?
     c.) For terrorism?
     d.) For rape?
     e.) For kidnapping? NOTA.
Requiring sex offenders to have special license plates: Ugh. Nay.
Requiring public notification of rehabilitated sex offenders living in communities: Nay.
Banning prisoners from voting: Nay. They should vote (by post) at their last pre-jail address though, local election results in rural prisons might be funny otherwise.
Banning ex-felons from voting: Of course not.

Immigration:
Criminalizing tipping off Mexicans about the Minuteman Project: Nay.
Requiring hospitals providing medical care to illegal aliens to report them to the government: Nay.
Denying medical care to illegal aliens: What, exactly, is meant by this?
Applying civil liberties and anti-torture laws to non-immigrants: What, exactly, is meant by this?
Guest worker program: I'm for freedom of migration.
