On the way to a 55-45 race ...

Beshear lost 4% in the last 2 months while Fletcher gained 3%.

Could, quite easily, be static/poll variance.

Off-year elections, I don't imagine people pay as much attention, as early.  How much coverage is this getting?  Perhaps I'm wrong.
