Based on past precedent, I protest this decision.  As was done with my Yates Cancer Research Bill, I ask that this bill still on the senate floor.

Based on past precedent, I protest this decision.  As was done with my Yates Cancer Research Bill, I ask that this bill still on the senate floor.

Protest as you will, I am merely implementing the procedure the PPT outlined that he would apply in such situations during his election. Nobody protested any of the suggestions, then or since (until now I suppose), nor did anyone stand against him, thus I feel they have been implicitly approved.

For reference, Sam's comments on this matter may be found here.

I shall, though defer to the PPT on what is to be done.

Well, I was not familar with all of that, however, the decision should be referred to Sam and also this why my withdrawal act should be enacted sooner rather than later.
